Yet homeowners make decisions every day without this information. And their choices impact how their homes function and feel for years to come.
A 3D model allows you to better understand your space before any construction begins. You can see how rooms flow together, how proportions feel, and how design choices interact. This clarity makes it easier to evaluate options, compare layouts or finishes, and move forward with confidence — before changes become difficult or expensive to make.

I provide 3D conceptual models for homeowners planning remodeling projects or new construction. My work helps you visualize your space, explore options, and make confident decisions — before construction begins.
Design Concept Packages
Pricing is based on the size of the space being modeled. All design concept packages include the same scope of services, with pricing scaled by square footage.
Up to 300 square feet - $485
301 to 600 square feet - $585
601 to 900 square feet - $685
For spaces larger than 900 square feet, please call for a custom quote.
What’s Included
Each design concept package includes:
The initial consultation and on-site measurements
A detailed 3D concept model of the envisioned space
Walk-through review of the initial model via Zoom
One round of revisions
Delivery of a “Not for Construction” design concept with multiple views and approximate dimensions in .pdf format
Please note: All measurements must be verified by the homeowner or contractor prior to construction.
Additional Services
Additional services are available to support further exploration, refinement, and collaboration as your project evolves. These options are intended to give you flexibility while keeping the design process clear, efficient, and focused.
Additional revision rounds — $125 per round
As-built / Alternate design option (the space as it exists or more potential layouts) — $175 per option
Finish & material visualization (cabinetry, flooring, colors, fixtures, etc.) — $150 per set
Simplified plan view with key dimensions (to facilitate conversations with your contractor - for reference only) — $175
Contractor review session (joint review with homeowner and contractor, via Zoom unless otherwise arranged) — $150 per hour
Travel
Travel time is included for projects within 30 miles of Bisbee, Arizona. Projects beyond 30 miles are billed at $65 per hour for travel time.
